the atm malfunction

Today is payday. So everyone is happy......NOT!

Here's what happened to me just an hour ago. I've been talking to a customer service representative regarding an incident that took place inside a mall. I am trying to withdraw cash as I need to pay a bill and somebody that I owe money from. However the atm machine didn't dispense cash! At first I thought it's okay but then when I checked my account balance all the cash I had tried withdrawing was gone! I am so pissed off!

Going back to my conversation with the agent, I informed her about what happened. She made a report, I got a reference number then I asked her when I can have my money credited back to my account. You know what she told me? It would be 5 to 15 banking days! Damn it!

I went online after my conversation and went to the bank's website. I typed down what I have to say. I really shouldn't have trusted those machines inside the mall.

No more withdrawing from those monsters!
